Due to the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be in resaleable condition.
For hygiene reasons, opened items cannot be returned.
All sale items are final sale.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If your item arrived damaged or isn’t working properly, please reach out right away. We’ll make it right.
